The Commons Community Nonprofit Center Grand Opening

Dec 6, 2023 | News & Events

Last week we celebrated the Grand Opening of the Commons Community Nonprofit Center with a ribbon cutting, speeches, and special guests including Mayor Mike Wiza and Representative Katrina Shankland.

We love sharing a space with nine other nonprofits and the opportunities this provides for unexpected conversations and collaboration. In the short time we’ve been here, we have already started building stronger relationships with those whom we meet in the hallways and learning more about the work that they do. We hope this space becomes a place where the community can find shared resources and an inclusive environment that is welcoming to all.

After several months of collaboration, we are excited to unveil our Mission and Vision for this collective space. We invite you to come visit to see how ways we continue to make this a more welcoming environment!

The Commons Mission & Vision

Our Mission is to provide a welcoming environment that strives to strengthen nonprofits by creating opportunities for connections and shared resources for greater collective community impact.

Our Vision is to empower nonprofit organizations and provide collaborative community resources in an inclusive environment.
