Women’s Fund of Portage County
Seeks Strategic Planning Consultant

The Women’s Fund of Portage County seeks to engage a qualified consultant to guide and execute a strategic planning process that will result in a five-year plan. 

A contract is expected to be awarded no later than February 28, 2022. The project is expected to begin no later than March 15, 2022 and conclude by July 1, 2022.

Interested parties need to take these dates into consideration:
     – January 14, 2022 – Submit contact information, intent to submit a proposal, and any questions you have via the provided Google Form – find the link in Strategic Plan RFP. 
     – January 31, 2022 – Responses must be submitted no later than 5:00 pm central time on Monday, January 31, 2022.

OUR MISSION
The mission of Women’s Fund is to empower women philanthropists by creating opportunities to fund programs that will develop the full potential of local women and children. Since its establishment in 1997, the Women’s Fund has provided more than $640,000 in grants to 62 local agencies. Some of the projects supported include: Energy Assistance for Single Moms, Project Fresh Clothes, Boys & Girls Club Programs and Meals on Wheels for Senior Women.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
The Women’s Fund of Portage County is a Field of Interest Fund within the Community Foundation of Central Wisconsin and is a collaborative initiative of Ascension St. Michael’s Hospital Foundation, the Stevens Point Area YMCA Foundation and the Community Foundation of Central Wisconsin.
