Community Foundation Operations Update – COVID-19

Mar 17, 2020 | News & Events

The Community Foundation of Central Wisconsin has been closely monitoring the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation. Because we are committed to the overall health and well-being of our community, we have decided to take preventative measures to help combat the spread of this illness.

Beginning Wednesday, March 18, our office at 1501 Clark Street will be closed to the public. The Foundation staff will transition to working remotely until CDC recommendations for social distancing are reversed. Our staff will be fully accessible by email, phone or video conferencing. Rest assured, we remain committed to serving our entire community.

What does this mean for you?

  • You can contact us via phone at 715-342-4454; leave a message and we will call you back within one business day.
  • There is a mail slot located to the left of the Community Foundation building entrance that we will check daily for items being dropped off.
  • We are happy to meet over the phone or via web conferencing anytime: simply email foundation@cfcwi.org to schedule a meeting.

The Community Foundation will continue to evaluate the rapidly changing situation in Portage and Waushara Counties. We are in communication with area nonprofits to identify ways our community can help.

We will provide more information for giving opportunities in the near future. Please watch our website and Facebook page for details.

The Community Foundation is committed to connecting people and resources to enhance Central Wisconsin now and for future generations.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us by emailing foundation@cfcwi.org or call 715-342-4454.
