We connect donors in Central Wisconsin with causes they care about most, driven by the belief that giving together invests in our communities for generations. Hansen Family Waushara County Fund

To support projects that help the environment, youth, the arts, and public safety. Special attention will be given to Central Wisconsin, with a priority on the good people of Waushara County, especially the town of Mt. Morris.

Happy Trails Fund

The purpose of this fund is to help purchase land to make the Green Circle Trail completely natural.

Hartford Waushara County Mission Fund

To address the most compelling needs which benefit the residents of Waushara County. The fund achieves this by awarding grants to organizations through a competitive process.

Heartland Leadership Initiative

Support the mission and activities of the Heartland Leadership Initiative, which provides leadership instruction through events and roundtable discussion groups to support individuals in fulfilling the purposes they were created for.

Heidi Evenson Memorial Scholarship Fund

To provide scholarships to SPASH seniors that were involved in women’s sports. 

Helping People Mission Fund of Portage County

To support Portage County’s most vulnerable populations and create a stronger and more compassionate community. The fund achieves this by awarding grants to organizations through a competitive process.

Hom Family Scholarship Fund

In honor of Thuy Luu and her journey to higher education as a refugee and non-traditional student, the Hom Family Scholarship provides scholarships to UWSP students to achieve their educational dreams. Selection of recipients will be in the spirit of continuing to develop cultural diversity on UWSP’s campus.

Humane Society of Portage County Endowment Fund

The mission of the Humane Society of Portage County is to prevent cruelty, abuse, neglect, and overpopulation of companion animals while seeking adoption of these animals into compatible homes, and teaching humane awareness and respect for all life, thus helping to build a better community.

The purpose of this fund is to support the mission and ongoing needs of the Humane Society of Portage County, Inc.

Iber Health Education Scholarship Fund

Persons eligible for this scholarship include residents of Portage County who are currently enrolled in graduate level, health-related studies at an accredited school. Undergraduate seniors accepted to an accredited graduate school for health-related studies may also apply. Currently practicing healthcare professionals who are pursuing education for a specialized field are also encouraged to apply.

Ilten Family Fund

To equally support the Stevens Point City Band Endowment Fund and Valparaiso University, Valparaiso, IN.

Inclusivity Starts with Kids Fund

To support the fundraising efforts and distribution of books/media educating Portage County youth about differences that include diversity, equity, or inclusion.

Iola Winter Sports Club Endowment Fund

The mission of the Iola Winter Sports Club is to provide quality recreation opportunities for Iola, Scandinavia, and surrounding communities.

The purpose of this fund is to support the activities of the Iola Winter Sports Club.

Irene E. Kubisiak Scholarship Fund

The fund will offer an annual scholarship to a graduating senior from a Portage County high school pursuing a degree in music performance or music education.

James & Noni Clark Memorial Scholarship Fund

The James & Noni Clark Memorial Scholarship Fund provides scholarships to SPASH seniors who have exhibited passion, commitment, and progress in an extracurricular activity or sport, and exemplify the values and qualities of James & Noni Clark.

James & Lynne Johnson Family Scholarship Fund

To enhance the educational opportunities for deserving students from the Almond-Bancroft Area School District who display good character.

James and Sandra Godfrey Charitable Fund

The James and Sandra Godfrey Charitable Fund supports the charitable giving legacy of James and Sandra Godfrey.

James R. Cherney Scholarship Fund

The fund will award an annual scholarship to a Portage County graduating high school senior pursuing a post-secondary degree and who was also a varsity athlete.

Jill & John Norton Scholarship Fund

This scholarship fund was established in 2006 by John & Jill Norton to provide a scholarship each year to a graduating SPASH senior who will be attending the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Jim & Mary Kocha Memorial Scholarship

Jim & Mary Kocha were teachers in the Stevens Point Area School District for over 30 years, Jim a junior high science teacher and Mary a junior high history teacher. The scholarship was established in 2010 and is intended to memorialize their dedication to education in Stevens Point.  To qualify for this scholarship, you must be a graduating senior from the Stevens Point Area Public School district who plans to attend a 4-year college or university.

Joey Trzebiatowski Memorial Scholarship Fund

An annual scholarship to be awarded to a Central Wisconsin graduating high school senior or current UWSP or UW-Madison student, planning to study business at UWSP, UW-Madison or MSTC.

John Anderson & Judy Cable Anderson Fund

Distributions from the fund will be used to preserve local history, enhance the lives of elderly residents, healing and encouraging children, enlarging the cultural diversity of Portage County and assisting victims of domestic abuse. These are specific areas of interest to John and Judy Cable Anderson.

John Wandrey Memorial Scholarship Fund

This scholarship was established in 2006 in memory of John Wandrey who served Portage County in various ways. John’s demonstrated philosophy was “you can’t just take from your community; you have to give something back”. This scholarship is available to a graduating Portage County student who is involved in their school and community and demonstrates service and leadership roles.

Joy Berg Memorial Fund

To sustain the legacy of Joy Berg by annually allocating endowment funds to organizations that reflected her values and passions.

Judge Baker Criminal Justice Scholarship Fund

This fund will provide a scholarship to a female graduate from a Portage County school pursing post-secondary education in law, law enforcement, criminal justice, or social justice.

Jury Family Fund

To provide financial assistance to several charities/funds important to our family.
