One of the ways the Community Foundation of Central Wisconsin strengthens our community is by partnering with local organizations and community groups to invest and manage donor contributions aimed at supporting them into the future. An Organizational Endowment is a type of Designated Fund that is set up with the sole purpose to grow assets to provide sustainable funding for an organization or community treasure into the future.
- Donors contribute gifts of all sizes into an Organizational Endowment and may even wish to direct a future gift from their will or estate.
- The Community Foundation manages the investment and handles the administrative details.
- Grants are made to support the organization or community group, becoming an important source of revenue that can be counted on year after year.
