Community Foundation Opens Community Grant Applications

Stevens Point, Wisconsin (July 1, 2021) – The Community Foundation of Central Wisconsin online Community Grants application process for the Fall Cycle is now open. The online application can be found at www.cfcwi.org/community-grants.

The Community Foundation of Central Wisconsin (CFCWI) offers two competitive grant cycles annually to support programs and projects in Portage and Waushara counties and align with our Mission Areas: Arts & Culture, Education, Environment, Helping People, and Wellness.

Last year, CFCWI issued more than $250,000 through Community Grants supporting local projects and programs in Portage and Waushara Counties. More than $1.2 million was distributed by the Foundation through grants, scholarships, and program services.

Grant applications are available online July 1 through July 31, 2021. Awards are announced in mid-September. Application information and requirements can be found online at www.cfcwi.org/community-grants.
